Questions about the price
Is there a lock-in period?
No. You can cancel whenever you like, and cancelling does not delete anything straight away. Your data is yours, and you can always have it handed over.
What does it cost to get started?
Nothing. There is no setup fee, and we help you load in services, staff and opening hours. Most salons are ready in under a week.
What happens when I hire another staff member?
On Team you pay per staff member, so the price follows the team. If you become fewer again, the price falls to match. On Basis the price is fixed for the whole business.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly is cheaper per month, and you can switch to it once you have seen that the system fits you.
Does the AI phone assistant cost extra?
Yes, it is an add-on and does not come along automatically. The price depends on how many calls you get, and we work it out with you. NordBooq works fully without it.
Can I take payments through the system?
Not today. You can set a deposit rule where the client sees the amount and your own payment instructions, and you mark it paid yourselves. Card payment is something we are looking at.
