Sessions last fifty minutes and repeat at the same hour every week, and the notes must be readable by you alone.

Most clients come for a course of six to ten sessions, and the whole series can be booked in one go.

The law requires a consultation and a cooling off period, so every client needs two appointments and a consent you can show afterwards.
Acupuncturist
A course is a fixed run of appointments a few weeks apart, and each treatment gets its own note on the client card.
Nutrition counsellor
Clients return for follow ups every two to four weeks, and weight, goals and plan sit in the note from last time.
What we are not built for
We would rather say it now than after a demo. NordBooq books one client at a time with one staff member, so these trades are missing something with us:
- Physiotherapist and chiropractor: Bills the public system and the Danish health insurance, and runs group training.
- State authorised podiatrist: Subsidies and service codes are daily work. The cosmetic foot care specialist is included instead.
- Yoga, pilates and group classes: Classes with capacity limits, waiting lists and clip cards. Our calendar takes one client at a time.
- Personal trainer: Single sessions fit, but the income sits in clip cards and small groups.
- Driving school: Driving lessons fit, but theory is a class, and the required lesson plan does not exist here.
- Dentist and dental care: Needs dental charts, X-rays, service codes and booking the chair as a resource.
- Veterinary clinic: Needs a medicine inventory, a vaccination register and insurance billing.
- Optician and hearing centre: The eye test fits, but the business runs on stock, ordered lenses and a till system.
- Spa and tanning studio: Here you book rooms, saunas and machines. Our calendar only has columns per staff member.
- Car workshop and tyre centre: A slot books a lift and parts, not a person, and a digital service book is required.
