A whole course has to be booked in advance
You put every appointment in the course into the calendar while the client is still at the desk. They get an SMS or email reminder before each one, without anyone having to remember to send it.
Fixed intervals between treatments
The calendar has one column per employee, so you can look ahead and find the day the next treatment belongs on. The shift plan shows holidays and sick days, so you never book a week when the therapist is away.
Skin type and consent must be documented
Skin type, last session's settings and any reactions go into treatment notes on the client card. The consent sits in the same place, data stays in the EU, and permissions decide who may see it.
